LEAP VRDJ MHacks IV Fall 2014 (Top 10 Nominee)
LEAP VRDJ was born out of wanting to use an Oculus Rift. MHacks IV was the first hackathon my team had been to that rented out Oculus Rifts through MLH. Alfred Shaker, the programmer, and I walked around trying to figure out what to make. No matter what we wanted to use the Oculus Rift and we already had experience using a LEAP motion controller. I came up with the idea of combing the Oculus Rift and LEAP to make an interactive DJ game like DJ Hero. Luckily for us we had a music designer, Jack Kenyon, from hacKSU with us who created the music in the game.
Oculus Podracer Bitcamp 2015
Oculus Podracer was born out of the anticipation for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, I also wanted Alfred Shaker to get familiar with Unreal Engine 4 now that is was free. I wanted to be able to spend time modeling and making Phyisically Based Rendering textures using Quixel. I learned a lot about Quixel, it was my first time using it, and I continue to learn more each time I open it.

OH [On My Way, Here] CWRU Hackathon Spring 2015 Best Mobile App
OH is an app that tries to help prevent texting and driving. I came up with the idea and the design for the app and worked with a team of programmers to complete it. The goal was to allow users a simple way of letting their contacts know they were "On My Way" or "Here" when visiting or picking someone up. This works but allowing simple button presses from the lock screen widget.
The user can add, remove, and rearrange contacts on their OH list. This list will then be displayed on the screen and the lock screen if they choose to add those widgets. While we can't prevent everyone from texting and driving we hope OH will allow people to respond simply without needing to open their messagining app and physically text and send a message.Click here to download OH for Android
